Pure Joy

Sometimes we can choose to act like a child, be with a child, or have hearts of faith like a child. Today, I rejoiced with my precious nephews at the pool. And as we jumped and swam, a sense of strength came over us and FREEDOM.

Joy comes in many forms, but I know from personal experience, pure joy comes with freedom.

"Jesus answered them, 'Most assuredly, I say to you, whoever commits sin is a slave of sin. And a slave does not abide in the house forecer, but a son abides forever. Therefore if the Son makes you free, you shall be free indeed." John 8: 34-36

May you have freedom today.

Harry & Pam

I met Pam & Harry at a dinner of a local ministry, where different people shared stories from the field and recent mission trips. It was amazing, eye-opening, and it stirred my heart in how more specifically I can pray for my brothers and sisters in Africa and the Middle East.

I enjoyed learning about culture, and especially the food aspect of Pam & Harry's time in Africa! They are a delightful couple with so much to share with the body of Christ & those who have hearts to serve on the mission field. Please check out their blog!
